  The owner admin surface: observe the poll, correct the data

  The release that gives the owner somewhere to stand. Poll Lanes, passes and
  per-Series state are now visible and actionable instead of log-only, and the
  data a bad poll leaves behind can be repaired from the UI.

  Admin dashboard (#148)
  Owner-only pages: Lane observability per Site, a poll pass log, and
  per-Series intervention (forced poll, inspect last outcome).

  Owner data corrections (#156)
  Fix what a poll got wrong without touching the database: Latest Chapter,
  series_url repair, cover replacement, and orphan-row removal.

  Finished belongs to the Series (#163)
  Finished is owner-owned and gates polling; the per-Reader Lifecycle bucket
  is gone. Readers see the label, the owner sets it.

  Poll failure state (#174)
  Each Series carries its own failure state with a site-completed hint, and
  the owner is notified outbound instead of having to go look.

  Deploy note: one new env var, DISCORD_WEBHOOK_URL — the Discord webhook the
  owner notices go to. Optional; unset means the notice path is off and the
  service behaves exactly as before. Also restores the BROWSER_WS_URL
  passthrough in docker-compose.yml, which #171 dropped: without it kagane and
  comix stop polling on redeploy.

  Also: gitea skill replaces gh (#126), plan-tickets split out of
  implement-tickets (#162), every AGENTS.md cites code rather than docs or
  issues (#113), admin and stall/correction vocabulary pinned in CONTEXT.md
  (#128, #133).
