Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Part of #136.
Blocked by: #157.
What to build
The shared vocabulary and one stale code comment catch up with the cutover. Three glossary edits to CONTEXT.md, and the deletion of the Reader-count divergence note that the bucket's removal makes obsolete.
Acceptance criteria
Merged into spec-136. New Finished Series glossary term in CONTEXT.md, docs/design-system.md's ten stale spots fixed (--moss row kept per C6, repointed), README/PRODUCT Finished-tab wording removed. Spec review clean; 4 standards findings + 2 smells reviewed and correctly declined as brief-mandated wave-target wording. Commit:
