  The browser survives an unclean Chrome death

  Since v1.2.0:

  • Clear the stale Chrome singleton lock at browser boot (#76)

  A Chrome killed uncleanly left a SingletonLock in the chrome-profile
  volume naming a hostname the rebuilt container no longer has, which
  stopped every later Chrome from starting and surfaced only as a bare
  connection reset at 9222. The lock is now cleared at boot, and both
  Chrome's stderr and the give-up path reach the container log.
