Deploy note: two new required variables, COVER_DIR and PUBLIC_BASE_URL. Compose
refuses to start without either. COVER_DIR is both a build arg and the mount
point of the new cover-data volume; PUBLIC_BASE_URL must be the public origin
with no trailing slash, since cover URLs go out absolute (ADR-0007).Downloads
