Part of #137.

What to build

The owner can see, without opening anything, that a page is gone rather than unparseable, and how long it has been that way. A Series failing for one hour and one failing for three months look identical apart from the age — no visual rule to learn that the line cannot state in a word.

Acceptance criteria

  • The Series list row's fact line carries the outcome word and the failing-since age, rendered identically for a one-hour and a three-month failure.
  • The detail page adds one sentence beside the Latest Chapter correction control for the unverified case.
  • Each Site row on the Lanes page carries one plain navigation link to that Site's failing Series — navigation, not a number.
  • The per-Site outcome counts stay unlinked, permanently. A figure links to what it counts: two of the six words write no per-Series state, and the other four count attempts inside a window while the filter lists Series failing now — neither set contains the other in either direction. A comment records the withdrawn promise so it is not re-made.
  • Web tests cover the fact-line marker at both ages, the unverified sentence, and the presence of the per-Site link beside unlinked counts.

Blocked by

  • #166 — Two new filters: failing, and the subset nothing stands behind

Merged 08ffd1f93c into spec-137. All 3 acceptance criteria implemented within C5 web ownership: series-list fact line (outcome word + failing-since age via checkedAge, identical rendering at 1h/3mo), unverified sentence beside Latest Chapter correction, Lanes per-Site link to failing filter, unlinked-counts comment recording the withdrawn promise. go test ./... green. cr-spec: clean, no scope creep. cr-standards: 0 hard violations.
